摘要
液压传动技术的成熟与发展不仅为我们的生活带来了许多便利，同时它也为企业生产运作系统起了很大的借鉴与指导作用。液压系统就好比一个企业，液压系统中的各个元件就如企业各个部门，各有各自的职责，彼此独立却又相关，它们是液压系统和企业的核心，是保证整个系统能正常运行的关键。液压系统的动力元件液压泵、辅助元件滤油器、连接器等在液压系统中起着不容忽视的作用，企业中的招聘部门，沟通机制等也在企业中起着重要作用，它们之间有着紧密联系，因此液压传动技术及思想可用于企业当中，对企业运行起到借鉴和指导作用。
The maturity and development of hydraulic transmission technology not only brought a lot of convenience to our life, hut also provided good references and guidance for enterprises＇ production operation system. The hydraulic system is just like an enterprise, and each component in a hydraulic system is like the departments of the enterprise, which is the core of the hydraulic system and the enterprise, and the key to ensuring the normal operation of the whole system. And each has their own duties, independent but related to each other. Hydraulic pump as the power components and oil filters and connec- tors as the auxiliary components play important roles in the hydraulic system, just like the recruitment department and communication mechanism of the enterprise. They have a close connection. Therefore, hydraulic transmission technology and its thoughts can be used as the reference and play a guiding role in enterprise operation.
