摘要
目的建立源吉林甘和茶创新剂型中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为甲醇-水(22∶78),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为250 nm。结果葛根素在0.165 6~4.14μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论方法简便,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于源吉林甘和茶创新剂型的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of puerarin in the new form of Yuanjilinganhe medicinal tea. Methods The HPLC method was employed with a column of Kromasil 100 -5 Cls (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm)and a mobile phase of methanol-water (22: 78), the detection wavelength was at 250 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear range was 0. 165 6 ~ 4. 14μg. The average recovery of puerarin and RSD were 99.0% and 2.0%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of the new form of Yuaniilinzanhe Medicinal Tea.
