摘要
流体部件的铸件质量是影响离心泵水力性能和产品质量的关键因素之一。由于工程泵典型的小批量、多品种生产模式,铸件生产工序复杂、人为质量影响因素众多,其质量相对难以控制和管理。介绍了一种基于工程泵用铸件的质量管理模型,通过铸件质量策划、样件评定、日常质量控制、定期质量改进等四个主要质量管理手段,确保工程泵用铸件质量始终受控并持续满足质量管理要求。
The casting quality of fluid parts is one of the key factors to impact the hydraulic performance and product quality of centrifugal pumps. Due to the typical mass varieties and small batches production model for engineered pumps, together with the complicated foundry process and lots of human factors for casting quality, the casting quality is relatively difficult to be controlled and managed. One quality management model for engineered pump castings is described in this article, and this model includes casting quality planning, first casting sample qualification, production castings quality control and periodical casting quality continual improvement to ensure the engineered pump castings always in control and continuously satisfy the updating quality requirements.
