摘要
经过试验条件、精密度和相对误差、回收试验等一系列的实验摸索验证,本文提出在较强的碱性(pH≈12.6)的条件下,直接于试样中加乙二醛缩双(邻氨基酚),乙二醛缩双(邻氨基酚)和钙生成红色配位化合物,用目视比色法测定钙含量(≤0.01%)。此方法准确度高、快速、容易操作、检测成本低,回收率95%~107%。
After precision test, recovery test and a series of other tests, a visual colorimetric method for trace calcium ( ≥ 0. 01% ) measuring in aluminum sulfate was established. Under the conditions ( pH ≈ 12.6), adding glyoxal - bis (2 hydroxyanil) into the sample solution, glyoxal - bis (2 - hydroxyanil) and calcium compounds to form a red complex. The method was accurate, high- speed, easy to operate, with recovery of 95% -107%.
