头孢菌素C发酵工艺的优化

摘要 发酵过程中菌种的生产能力和发酵工艺决定了最终的发酵生产水平,目前使用的菌种都是经过长时间诱变筛选出来的,若利用简单的选育提高菌种的生产能力非常困难,但是通过优化发酵工艺来挖掘目前菌种的潜能却是相对简单可行的办法。对头孢菌素C发酵过程中接种量、基础料配方、补料等进行优化。结果表明:移种加倒种罐比正常移种罐效价高5%;降低基料中的量,可节省豆油4 m3;稀释发酵液,可提高过滤收率2个百分点。明显提高了发酵水平,降低了发酵成本。 The fermentation production of strains and fermentation technology determine the final fermentation production levels.Currently the strains are usually matagenized and screened after a long time.It is very difficult to improve the strain capacity using simple breeding,but it is relatively simple and feasible method to excavate the potential of current strains through the optimization of fermentation technology.The conditions were optimized which were vaccination amount,formula of base materials and supplementary food and so on during the process of cephalosporin C fermentation.The results showed that the liter was 5% higher using the subcultived and poured tank than the subcultived tank,the soybean oil was saved 4 m3 through reducing the oil amount in base materials,the filter yield was increased by 2% through diluting the fermentation liquid.Using the process the fermentation level was significantly increased and the fermentation cost was reduced.
