摘要
研究了617合金在变形温度为850~1 250℃、应变速率为(0.001~1)s-1条件下的热变形行为。构建了617合金的热加工图,并通过研究压缩试样的微观组织分析验证了热加工图的有效性。结果表明,在变形温度为1 050~1 150℃、应变速率为0.005 s-1~0.1 s-1的区间,617合金发生了完全动态再结晶,适宜进行热加工。
This paper researches the hot deformation behavior of alloy 617 under the temperature range of 850~1250℃ and strain rate range of(0.001~1)s-1.The hot working drawing of alloy 617 has been developed and verified its effect by researching the microstructure of the compression specimen.The result shows that alloy 617 has been completed fully dynamic recrystallization under the deformation temperature range of 1 050~1 150℃ and strain rate range of 0.005 s-1~0.1 s-1,which is suitable for hot working.
