摘要
介绍了目前世界、我国的聚乳酸的生产概况、聚乳酸产品的应用领域以及聚乳酸生产技术发展的情况,并对我国聚乳酸产业的发展进行了分析与展望。聚乳酸的高生产成本,限制了其大批量的生产使用,今后需要从国家产业政策扶持、进一步优化生产工艺,简化和缩短工艺流程,降低原料消耗,从而降低PLA产品价格,实现塑料产业革命。
The production profile, product applications and technical developments of polylactic acid in China and the world were introduced. The development of polylactic acid industry in China was analysed and prospected. Due to the impact of the high cost of production of polylactic acid, high-volume production and use of it was limited. In the future, the PLA industry need the support from the national industrial policy, need to further simplify and shorten the technological process and reduce the consumption of raw materials, thus the price of PLA product can be re- duced and the plastic in dustrial revolution can be achieved.
