摘要
2003年,北京小汤山非典医院紧急建立与应用了医院信息系统,在大批非典患者救治中发挥了重要作用。在其10周年之际,本文回顾并总结了该医院信息系统应急建设的做法、经验与思考,以为今后突发公共卫生事件信息系统应急建设的借鉴。
The information system of Beijing Xiaotangshan SARS Hospital was urgently built up and put into operation in 2003, which played a key role in rescuing and treating many SARS patients. On the occasion of the 10 th anniversary of its construction, the practice, experiences and considerations for constructing the information system in emergency were reviewed and summarized for the reference of urgent establishment of information systems in response to public health emergencies in the future.
