摘要
目的结合农民的生活特点,编制农民幸福源量表,为研究农民的幸福提供理论依据。方法首先,在开放式问卷调查的基础上,初步编制了40个题目。其次,选取353名农民进行施测,采用探索性因素分析对项目筛选和提取因素。再次,选取413名农民进行验证性因素分析。最后,检验量表的信效度。结果通过项目和探索性因素分析,确定农民幸福源量表由23个题目组成和4个因素构成,即收入保障、人际关系、生活环境、健康状况,4个因素的累积解释方差率为55.123%;验证性因素分析结果表明该量表的结构模型拟合较好;信效度检验表明该量表的α系数、分半信度分别为0.891、0.834。结论该量表具有良好的内部一致性信度、分半信度和结构效度,可以作为今后农民幸福研究的工具。
Objective Based on the life of rural residents,to develop the peasantry＇s the happy source scale which is suitable to rural residents and provide the basis for the research.Methods First,based on the interview with the peasantry,a preliminary questionnaire including 40 items was developed.Second,353 subjects were investigated and items were sifted and factors were extracted based on the exploratory factor analysis.Third,413 subjects were used as confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the reliability and validity of the scale were examined.Results The scale consisted of 23 items and 4 factors through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,such as earning,interpersonal relationship,habitation and health.all of which could account for 55.123% of the whole variance;Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to indicate good fit of theatrical structure of the scale;the test of reliability and validity indicated that cronbach＇ a coefficients and split-half reliability were 0.891,0.834.Conclusion The scale,which has good internally consistent reliability,split-half reliability,structural validity,can be used in future researches as an effective measurement tool to investigate peasantry＇s happy.
