摘要
地处经济发达地区的基层水利站所在管理工作中具有自身的特点。对仙蠡桥管理所设备保障、御洪排涝、生态调配、人员素质等方面深入剖析,总结存在的问题,提出通过制度建设、有序计划、立体培训、多层设计、架构文化基地等方法,构建适应地区发展的管理模式。
Local water stations located in fast developed areas have special features in terms of management.Therefore,an in-depth analysis is made regarding to equipment supply,flood control and drainage,ecological restoration and personnel training in Xianli Bridge Management Office.Based on summary of existed problems in current management work,measures of improving institutional system,three-dimensional training,multi-layer design and building of architecture and cultural base are proposed to adapt to regional development.
