我国环境中全氟辛酸(PFOA)的预测无效应浓度推导 被引量:20

摘要 利用欧盟化学物质风险评价技术指导文件(TGD)中计算预测无效应浓度(PNEC)的方法,筛选出我国环境介质(水体、土壤和沉积物)中各生物物种的毒性数据,得到水体、土壤和沉积物中的PNEC分别为0.57 mg.L-1、0.19 mg.kg-1ww和2.06 mg.kg-1ww,该值可为我国PFOA的环境风险评价提供科学基础. According to the EU technical guidance document(TGD) method, the predicted non-effect concentrahon (PNEC) values of PFOA were derived for various environmental medium (surface water, soil, sediment)with the selected toxicity data of native species in China. The PNEC values for surface water, soil and sediment are 0.57 mg·L-1 ,0.19 mg·kg-1 ww and 2.06 mg·kg-1 ww, respetively. These values may provide scientific foundation for the environmental risk assessment of PFOA.
