摘要
提出了一种新的检测圆心的方法,可有效识别圆形Mark并准确计算其在PCB板中的位置。该方法中,首先将摄像机采集到的图像灰度化,利用Otsu算法计算阈值并将图像二值化,提取轮廓后用改进的Hough变换计算圆心的位置。实验结果表明,该算法具有定位精确快速,抗噪性能良好等优点。
A new method of detecting the center is proposed for recognizing the Mark point and calculating its location in the PCB board accurately. First it grays the image collected by camera. Then it calculates its threshold value with Otsu algorithm and binaries it. At last,it calculates the center of circle with improved Hough transformation after extracting contours. Experimental results show that this algorithm has advantages of quick accurate loca- tion and good noise immunity.
