摘要
目的:研究Bcl-2蛋白表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展过程中的作用及可能的临床意义。方法:对85例病变标本采用鼠抗人Bcl-2蛋白单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:正常口腔粘膜Bcl-2免疫组化染色均为阴性,口腔上皮单纯增生、异常增生、鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为18.75%、52.17%、18.18%、22.22%和53.33%。口腔粘膜异常增生Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率显著高于口腔粘膜单纯增生和鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ级(P<0.05),鳞癌Ⅲ级Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率显著高于鳞癌Ⅰ级(P<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2蛋白表达与组织分化程度相关,Bcl-2阳性表达的口腔鳞癌具有更高的侵袭能力。
To investigate the role of Bcl-2 protein in the carcinogenesis of human oral squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Methods: The expression of Bcl-2 protein in 16 cases of simple hyperplasia, 23 of dysplasia and 46 cases of SCC was examined with immunohistochemistry technic. The health tissues of oral mucosa were used the control. Results:None of normal controls showed Bcl-2 positive staining. The Bcl-2 positive rates in simple hyperplasia,dysplasia,SCC Ⅰ,SCC Ⅱ and SCC Ⅲ were 18. 75 % (3/6), 52. 17 % (12/23), 18. 18% (4/22), 22. 22 % (2/9) and 53. 33 % (8/15) respectively. Oral dysplasia and SCC M demonstrated higher Bcl-2 positive rate than the other lesions (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Bcl-2 protein expression may be as- sociated with the differentiation status of oral mucosa lesions. SCCs with high expression of Bcl-2 may be highly aggressive.
