摘要
标准的标准是使标准成为真正标准的依据,本文将标准的标准分为形式标准、内容标准、管理标准3种类型的标准,详细、系统地论述了形式标准的表述要素和标准内容结构关系等形式内容,研究提出了标准的内容标准和管理标准的原则性关系和内容要求,对比分析了3类标准的特点,给出了3类标准的应用关系和应用作用。
The criterion of standard is the reference with that a standard is made into a real standard. The criterions of standard are divided into three types, which are form criterion, content criterion and management criterion, in this article. The modality contents of formulation elements of form criterion, standard content structure relations and so on are systematically and particularly expounded. The principle relations and content requirements of content criterion and management criterion are put forward. Three types of criterion characteristics are compared and analyzed. The application relations and functions of three kind criterions are provided.
