摘要
为探讨人性化护理在肛肠手术患者护理中的作用，将54例肛肠手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各27例，观察组采用人性化护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察两组的护理效果。结果显示，观察组患者的创口愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，具有针对性的人性化护理不但可以缩短创口愈合时间和住院时间，还可以提高患者的满意度。
This study was to explore the role of humanized nursing on the patients admitted in anorectal surgery. The 54 cases admitted in author＇s department were randomly divided into observation group and control one,27 cases each one;the former received humanized nursing,the latter was given with routine nursing mode. Then nursing efficacy of both groups was observed and compared. As results, in healing time of wound, hospital stay, observation group was significantly shorter, shorter than control group, which showed statistical differences, and in the satisfaction degree, significantly higher（ P d0.05, at all）. It is concluded that owing to its accordance to patients humanized nursing not only can shorten the time of wound healing and hospitalization duration, but enhance the patient＇s satisfactory degree.
