双馈异步发电机电刷滑环系统状态监测技术研究现状与发展 被引量:7

摘要 电刷和滑环系统对双馈异步发电机的稳定运行至关重要,然而其运行故障时有发生,维修工作需耗费大量的人力和物力。与传统发电机类似,双馈异步风力发电机电刷滑环系统的故障机理相对简单,而对其进行实时、精确、高效的状态监测是一大难点,故本文先简单介绍了发电机电刷滑环系统常见故障类型和故障产生机理,再对当前已有的电刷滑环系统状态监测方法做重点阐述和分析,最后对未来双馈异步风力发电机电刷和滑环系统状态监测的发展趋势和方向做了展望。 The brush and slip ring system plays a crucial role in the stable operation of doubly-fed induction genera- tor (DFIG) , but the system failure frequently occurs, causing much wasting of human-power and resources. Simi- lar to the brush and slip ring system of the traditional generator, the failure mechanism of doubly-fed induction generator's brush and slip ring system is relatively simple, but it is difficult to monitor the system in real-time and to obtain the accurate and effective results. So the paper introduces the common types of fault mechanism of brush and slip ring system firstly, and then describes and analyzes existed brush and slip ring system states monitoring meth- ods particularly. At last, the paper gives the prospect of the trend and direction of development of the state monito- ring of brush and slip ring system in doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) in future.
