摘要
在薄弱学校中,生源素质差,教师素质下降,学校管理困难,办学条件相对滞后的现象,严重影响着学校办学水平的提高,成为制约区域教育均衡发展的短板。迅速改变这类学校的落后面貌,是实现区域教育均衡发展的迫切任务。薄弱学校应从校长选配、学校管理、教师培养、条件改善、质量提升、特色发展等方面加强建设,走出一条跨越式发展的特色之路。
In vulnerable schools,there is a common phenomenon with poor students＇ quality,the decline of teacher quality,school management difficulties,and operating conditions relatively lagging behind,which greatly influence the improvement of school running and become the barrier of balanced development of regional education.Rapidly changing the backwardness of the kind school is the urgent task to realize balanced development of regional education.Vulnerable schools should develop a way of leap-forward development by strengthening the construction of the principal selection,school management,the cultivation of teachers,and improvement of conditions,quality promotion and unique development.
