摘要 建立了牛奶和奶粉中维吉尼霉素virginiamycin M1残留量的液相色谱——串联质谱测定方法。结果表明,维吉尼霉素M1在0.125μg/kg~8.00μg/kg范围内,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998。牛奶中维吉尼霉素M1方法检出限为0.25μg/kg,奶粉中维吉尼霉素M1方法检出限为2.00μg/kg。在4个添加水平上进行回收实验(n=10),牛奶平均回收率为62.04%~111.65%,相对标准偏差在8.455%~20.03%之间;奶粉平均回收率为85.49%~106.44%,相对标准偏差在2.467%~3.014%之间。 The virginiamycin M1 residues in bovine milk and milk powder were determined with LC-MS-MS.This method solved the determination of virginiamycin M1 residues in bovine milk and milk powder.The calibration curve of cirginiamycin M1 showed good linearity in the range of 0.125μg/kg-8.00μg/kg with r=0.9998.The detection limit was 0.25μg/kg for bovine milk and 2.00μg/kg for milk powder.Spiked with standard at four levels(n=10),the samples had the recoveries of 62.04%-111.65% for bovine milk and 85.49%-106.44% for milk powder, the relative standard deviation was 8.455%-20.03% for bovine milk and 2.467%-3.014% for milk powder.
