摘要
目前漂珠低密度水泥浆体系成本愈加昂贵,研究应用替代产品是固井技术的发展方向。研究应用粉煤灰低密度水泥浆体系,开发出适用于低温低密度体系的增强剂PC-A70S中实验结果表明,增强剂PC-A70S、微硅与硫酸盐的加入,可以有效改善粉煤灰低温条件下的化学活性,促进粉煤灰体系早期强度的发展。粉煤灰低密度水泥浆体系能够满足复杂固井作业的要求,具有性能优良、成本低廉的特点。
At present the floating bead low density slurry has a high cost,so it is necessary to develop the substitute product of floating bead.The fly ash low density slurry is studied,and the enhancer PC-A70S used for low temperature and low density slurry is found out to enhance early strength of fly ash slurry.The result of the test shows that,PC-A70S,micro silicon and sulfate could improve the chemical activity of fly ash in low temperature and the early strength of fly ash slurry.Fly ash low density slurry which has good property and low cost,could reach the requirements of the complex cementing operation.
