摘要
泰勒级数展开算法在求解非线性定位方程组中有着高精度、强顽健性的特点。针对其在TOA定位的初始值确定问题,提出一种基于总体最小二乘的泰勒级数展开的TOA的UWB定位算法。考虑TOA的测量误差,利用总体最小二乘评估目标点的初始位置,将此值作为泰勒级数展开点。最后,使用加权最小二乘迭代计算搜索最优值,从而实现目标点的精准定位。仿真结果表明,所提出算法在定位精度近似于真实值的泰勒级数展开算法的性能。
Ultra-wideband communication system provides high accurate localization due to the high multi-path resolution capacity and large bandwidth of a UWB signal.Taylor series expansion method has been widely used in solving nonlinear equations for its high accuracy and good robustness.Therefore,a new algorithm is proposed,utilizing total least square to estimate the initial reference point,and implementing nonlinear equations Taylor series expansion with the initial reference point.Moreover,the weighted least square is used to iterate to improve the accuracy of location.The proposed method is simulated and the results indicate that its performance is comparable to the Taylor series expansion method based on the true position of the target node in term of location accuracy.
