混凝处理烧结烟气氨法脱硫浆液实验研究

摘要 采用混凝处理烧结烟气氨法脱硫浆液,通过对比聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对浆液浊度的去除效果,确定了PAM为处理烧结烟气氨法脱硫浆液较佳的絮凝剂。同时,通过L16(44)正交实验,研究了PAM的投加量、pH值、反应温度和沉降时间4个因素对浆液浊度去除率的影响。结果表明,这4个因素对浊度去除率的影响效果分别为:PAM的投加量>反应温度>沉降时间>pH。得出浊度去除率最佳的絮凝条件为:絮凝剂投加量60mg/L,pH值8.0,反应温度40℃,沉降时间30min;此时,浊度去除率达到99.79%,剩余浊度为207NTU。 Coagulation was adopted to treat ammonia desulfurated serous fluid of sintering fume.The PAM was defined to be the better coagulation of the ammonia desulfurated serous fluid by comparing PFS with PAM.The effects of PAM dosage,pH,reaction temperature and sedimentation time were studied on the removal rate of serous fluid turbidity by L16(44) orthogonal design.The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the removal rate of turbidity and from strong to weak was PAM dosage,reaction temperature,sedimentation time,pH.The optimum conditions for flocculation were that PAM dosage 60 mg/L,pH 8.0,reaction temperature 40 ℃,sedimentation time 30 min by the analysis and verification experiments,when the removal rate of turbidity was 99.79 % and turbidity was 207 NTU respectively.
