摘要
本文采用TCS-100As砷分析仪对三氯化磷水解溶液中砷进行分析。通过硼氢化钾溶液将砷还原为氢化砷与滴定剂发生氧化还原反应。从而电极上电量发生变化,根据法拉弟电解定律,可求出试样中砷的含量。实验证明,检测三氯化磷水解后砷含量的方法,具有快速、准确等优点,且重现性、稳定性均能满足产品的检验要求,是一种较为理想的分析方法。本方法的标准偏差为0.10,变异系数为2.12%,平均回收率为99.52%。
Arsenic in the phosphorus trichloride hydrolysis solution was analyzed by the TCS100As arsenic analyzer.Using potassium sodium borohydride,Arsenic could be reduced to arsenic hydride,and then arsenic hydride could react with the titrant to take place an oxidationreduction reaction.Thus the electrode consumption could be changed.According to Faraday's law,the content of arsenic in the sample could be calculated.The experimental results showed that the method which can determine the content of arsenic in the phosphorus trichloride hydrolysis solution was rapid and accurate,and so on,and the reproducibility,stability,separation efficiency could meet the testing requirements of the product.So it was an ideal analysis method.In this method,the standard deviation was 0.10,variation coefficient was 2.12%,and the average recovery was 99.52%.
