摘要
近年来,我国自然灾害事故频发,从2008年的雨雪冰冻灾害、汶川地震,2010年舟曲泥石流,到2013年的雅安地震等突发事件,人们逐步意识到平时要有完善的应急通信体系,要有完备应急通信设备,要有完好的应急管理方案,在突发事件发生时,才能最大程度的减少自然灾害造成的损失,才能最大程度保护好人民群众的生命财产安全。应急通信在我国公共安全事件及公安边防部队中的地位越发重要、作用更加凸显,本文主要是从应急通信的特点、方式和在边防部队中的应用几个方面进行阐述。
In recent years, frequent natural accidents have occurred in China, From the snow and ice storms in 2008, Wenchuan earthquakes and Zhouqu mudslides in 2010 to Ya＇an earthquakes in 2013 etc, people gradually have realized that we need a sound emergency communications system, and have a complete emergency communications equipment and perfect emergency management plan to the greatest degree of reduction of the losses and maximize protection good people＇s lives and property＇ s safety in the event of emergencies. Emergency communications play more important and more prominent role in the China＇s public security incidents. This article is from the characteristics , methods and applications of emergency communications to elaborate.
