摘要
当前医学类高职毕业生就业形势十分严峻,但大多数的医学类高职院校在学生职业生涯规划教育方面还存在学校对职业规划教育的重视程度不够、学生对职业生涯规划教育的认识存在误差、职业生涯规划教育方式亟待改进等诸多问题,因此,有针对性地解决这些客观存在的问题,对医学类高职学生的职业理想及就业目标的实现起着不可替代的作用。
The graduates from the medical vocational schools experience harsh competition when hunting a decent job. However, the great majority of the medical vocational schools do not attach importance to the edu-cation of students＇ career planning and management and the students at such schools do not enjoy sufficient awareness of career planning and management. This thesis focuses on the resolutions of those problems and plays an indispensible role in realizing decent employment and career development of the graduates from the medical vocational schools.
