摘要
我国是社会主义国家,国有企业在我国经济发展中有着不可替代的作用,因此,国有企业的政治思想工作也就显得十分重要,通过调查数据分析,笔者发现,职工的工作热爱、工作清闲和收入高是其从事政工工作的主要影响因素;而职业发展和职位升迁则对其没有显著影响。因此,我们应科学发展观的指导下,建设适应有中国特色的、具有现代化的高质量的懂得国企制度的国企政工人员队伍,进一步完善他们的职业生涯规划以及绩效管理,为我国国企政工人员创造新的活力和创造力,为国有企业更好更快发展进一步提供良好的、科学的、有力的智力支持和人才保障。业政治思工也就显十分重要,通过调查数据分,笔者发现,职工工热爱、工清闲和收入高其从事政工工要影因素;而职业发展和职位升迁则其有显影。因此,我们应科学发展指导下,建适应有中国特色、具有现代高质量懂国企度国企政工人员伍,进一步完善他们职业生涯规以及绩效,为我国国企政工人员创造新活力和创造力,为国有企业更好更快发展进一步供良好、科学、有力力支持和人才保障。
China is a socialist country, and the state-owned enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in eco-nomical development of our country, so, the political work of state-owned enterprise becomes very important. By data investigation and analysis, the writer finds that the main influencing factors of political work are love for job of the worker, leisure of work and high income. But the professional development and rank promoting have not remarkable influence on them. We should be guided by scientific development outlook, set up state-owned political work team suitable for Chinese characteristic with modern high quality and good at state-owned enterprise system, further improve their professional career plan and performance management, supplying the state-owned enterprise with good,scientific and strong intelligence support and talented people guarantee, creating new vitality and creativity for our state-owned enterprise political worker.
