摘要
本文介绍了普通铝电解槽超低温生产节能工艺技术采用的技术策略,对低电压、超低温度、强化电流与富含Li、K、Ca等元素的电解质体系熔体进行了分析,指出了电解铝厂采用此技术的疑难点是保持规整的炉膛内型、无多量沉淀与结壳及电解槽能在长期超低温情况下稳定运行,并给出了解决疑难点的措施。通过在已采用低电压节能技术的200 kA普通平底铝电解槽上的应用实践及主要技术参数与经济技术指标在应用前后的对比分析,证明了此工艺技术的节能效果。
The technological strategies for energy saving process of super-low-temperature production of common aluminum reduction cell were introduced.The low voltage,super-low-temperature,intensifying current and electrolyte melt containing Li,K,Ca,etc.were analyzed,and the technological difficulty were pointed out which is to maintain regular furnace profile,little precipitation and crust,and steady operation of aluminum reduction cell in a long super-low-temperature conditions,and the corresponding solutions were suggested.The energy saving effects of the process technology was proved through its application practice in 200KA common flat bottom aluminum reduction cell adopted low voltage energy saving technology,and the contrastive analysis of main technological parameters and economical-technological index before and after application.
