摘要回顾总结7例原发性系统性淀粉样变性行自体外周造血干细胞移植联合硼替佐米观察与护理重点。密切观察患者化疗前的心理状态、做好用药护理,选择合适的给药途径,预防用药过程中药物的不良反应,如胃肠道反应、感染、口腔黏膜炎、植入综合征、心律失常、静脉炎,积极实施有效的护理干预措施。7例患者造血干细胞顺利植入,恢复造血及免疫系统的重建。
