仪器集成的幅频特性测量仪

摘要 为了提高实验室仪器设备的使用效率,提出了一种仪器集成的幅频特性分析仪的设计与实现方法。它以DDS函数信号源、数字示波器和普通计算机作为硬件平台,在计算机上配置LabVIEW 8.6程序,控制函数信号源产生测试所需扫频信号,由数字示波器采集扫频信号和测试网络的响应信号,最后经计算机分析计算和显示,较好地实现了幅频特性测量。利用仪器集成方法实现幅频特性测量,具有系统结构简单、容易配置、高效率和低成本的特点,是现有商业设备的一种有效替换方案。 In order to improve the use efficiency of instruments and devices in laboratory,an implementation method of digital amplitude frequency characteristic analyzer integrated by several instruments is proposed in this paper.It takes DDS function signal generator,digital oscilloscope and common PC as the hardware platform,in which the LabVIEW8.6 is configured in computer to control the function signal generator to produce sweep-frequency signal needed in the test.The sweep signal and the response signal of a network under test are collected by digital oscilloscope.The amplitude frequency characteristic measrement is implemented effetively by analysis,computation and display in computer.It has advanges of simple structure,easy configuration,high efficiency and low cost.It is an efficient replacement of commercial device.
