净石沟煤矿易燃煤层不均衡生产综放工作面防火技术 被引量:11

Fire Prevention and Control Technology for Unbalanced-production Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Inflammable Seam in Jingshigou Mine

摘要 净石沟煤矿回采易燃特厚大倾角长焰煤,受矿井储量限制,采用不均衡生产,工作面存在极易自燃因素。矿井根据生产进度制订了不同的自然发火预测指标,采用不同的防火方法,有效地防止了综放工作面的自然发火。分析了工作面自然发火原因,介绍了不均衡生产工作面的自然发火预测预报指标,以及开放式注氮和封闭式注氮的方法及防灭火技术效果。 In Jingshigou Mine,the extra-thick inflammable long-flame coal seam with large dip angle is mined by fully mechanized coal caving system,the unbalanced production mode was adopted in this mine due to its limited reserves,as a result,the spontaneous combustion easily occurred in the working face.For this reason,different prediction indexes for coal spontaneous combustion were set by the mine according to its production schedule and the spontaneous combustion in the fully mechanized caving face was effectively controlled with different fire control and extinguishing methods.This paper analyzed the cause of coal spontaneous combustion in the working face,described the prediction indexes for spontaneous combustion,the open and closed nitrogen injection and the effectiveness of fire control and extinguishing technologies in the working face with unbalanced production mode.
