摘要
采用过氧化氢、低温等离子体和壳聚糖联合整理羊毛织物,测定整理前后羊毛织物的接触角、表观色深K/S值及上染率,分析联合整理对羊毛润湿性和染色性的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析整理前后羊毛纤维表面形态和化学成分的变化,并与其他不同组合的整理进行比较.结果表明:过氧化氢和等离子体预处理对羊毛表面鳞片有一定的破坏作用,使纤维表面粗糙;等离子体处理后纤维表面的极性基团增加,使更多的壳聚糖沉积在纤维表面;过氧化氢/等离子体/壳聚糖联合整理大大改善了羊毛织物的润湿性能和染色性能.采用过氧化氢/等离子体预处理工艺的中等分子质量壳聚糖整理效果最好.
Wool fabric was treated with H2O2/plamsa/chitosan. The contact angle, K/S value and dyeing up-take of wool fabric before and after treatment were measured to analyze the influence of treatment on wetta-bility and dyeability of wool fabric. The changes in surface morphology and chemical composition of wool fabric before and after treatment were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). The effects of different treatments were compared. The results showed that the pre-treatment of H2O2 and plasma could destroy the scales on wool fiber surface resulting in the rougher sur-face. The polar groups on wool fiber surface increased after plasma treatment. All these could contribute to the chitosan deposition on wool fiber surface. The H2O2/plamsa/chitosan treatment greatly improved the wettability and dyeability of wool fabric. The finishing effect was the best when H2O2/plamsa pre-treatment and the chitosan with middle molecular weight was used.
