丁苯酞软胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DPN患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对照组30例予甲钴胺片治疗,2组均治疗8周后观察周围神经病变疗效,比较治疗前后周围神经传导速度、周围神经传导波幅及血糖变化。结果治疗组治疗后感觉神经传导速度较本组治疗前提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),对照组治疗后腓肠神经传导速度较本组治疗前提高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后感觉神经传导速度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后感觉神经传导波幅较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后正中神经传导波幅较对照组治疗后改善(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率60%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组周围神经病变疗效优于对照组。结论丁苯酞软胶囊能够减轻DPN患者临床症状,改善病变神经传导速度和传导波幅。 Objective To investigate the effect of Butylphthalide soft capsules on diabetic peripheral neu- ropathy (DPN). Methods 60 cases of DPN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by Butylphthalide soft capsules. Control group received mecobalamin tablets. The chan- ges of peripheral nerve conduction velocity, peripheral nerve conduction volatility and blood sugar before and after treatment were observed after eight weeks of treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results Sensory nerve conduction velocity after treatment was enhanced as compared with that before treatment in treatment group (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Sural nerve conduction velocity after treatment was enhanced as compared with that before treatment in control group(P 〈0. 05 ). There was obvious difference between two group on sensory nerve conduction velocity af- ter treatment( P 〈 0.05 ). Sensory nerve conduction volatility after treatment was improved as compared with that be- fore treatment in treatment group( P 〈0.05 ). Median nerve conduction volatility in treatment group was improved as compared with that in control group after treatment (P 〈0. 05 ). There was no difference between before and after treatment on blood sugar in two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no difference between two groups on blood sugar after treatment ( P 〉0. 05 ). The total effective rate in treatment group (90%) was higher than that in control group ( 60%, P 〈0. 05). The therapeutic effect of peripheral neuropathy in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules can reduce clinical symptoms of patients with DPN, improve nerve conduction velocity and conduction volatility.
