摘要
印染废水中污染物浓度较高,水质体现出COD高,BOD低,可生化性较差的特性,且废水呈碱性,属高浓度难降解有机废水。为了研究IC厌氧反应器用于印染废水减污预处理的可行性,采用碱减量废水膜法处理及TA回收后的出水作为试验用水,经IC反应器处理后,提高出水可生化性,并减少污泥产生量,结合后续好氧生物处理,使出水达标排放。
Dyeing wastewater was recognized as high concentration difficult degradation organic wastewater for high concentration organics, high COD, low BOD, bad biodegradability and alkalinity. In order to investigate the feasibility of pretreatment on dyeing wastewater using IC anaerobic reactor, alkali peeling wastewater was treated by membrane processing and TA recycling, then the water was treated through IC anaerobic reactor. The water meet emission limits with improved biodegradability and decreased sludge production after aerobic biological treatment.
