摘要
桥梁主体结构采用等截面或变截面钢结构连续型钢箱梁,根据桥面宽度不同,其横截面采用一箱四室或一箱多室箱梁结构。由于在单元件面、底板U型肋焊接过程中,焊接变形较为严重,为此,采用反变形焊接胎架,利用CO2气体保护自动小车进行焊接,从而降低面、底板U肋焊接的变形率,提高焊接质量,有效地控制焊接过程中产生的焊接变形量,降低火焰校正时间,提高生产效率。
The continues steel box beam with unique section or variable section steel structure were used for bridge main structure.One box with four rooms or one box with multi-rooms box girder structure were adopted according to different cross sections of bridge width. Welding deformation was quite serious during the welding for bottom plate U-shape rib of units. Therefore, anti-deformation jig frame should be adopted first, and then welding was conducted by utilizing CO2 gas shield automatic pushcart to minimize the deformation rate of welding for bottom plate U-shape rib and enhance the welding quality, control the welding deformation occurred during welding, reduce the flame correction time and improve the production efficiency as well.
