摘要
天津国贸中心为天津小白楼地区标志性建筑之一,A塔楼高250m,共60层,为烂尾楼加固改造工程,是我国首次采用套索形式连接阻尼器的高层钢结构建筑之一。阐述了目前结构耗能减振的研究及发展现状,给出天津国贸中心A塔楼的结构特点,介绍A塔楼阻尼器的楼层布置及所采用的支撑类型。计算表明,设置少量按套索安装的非线性黏滞阻尼器后,天津国贸中心A塔楼的风振加速度降低,A塔楼的抗震性能得到了改善。采用近似方法得到了本工程设置黏滞阻尼器后的附加阻尼比。
Tianjin International Trade Centre, residential flats have reinforced renovation project, is one of the dominant high-rise structures in the "Xiaobailou" district of Tianjin. The tower A with 60 story and 250 meters high is the first in China to adopt the toggle-connected damper. This article briefly introduces the research and the development of the liquid viscous dampers by way of describing the structural characters of Tianjin International Trade Centre tower A, and recommends the layout of the dampers as well as gives the damper connection configuration adopted in this building.The calculation show that small number of dampers can successfully reduce the acceleration caused by the wind vibration, and also improve aseismatic performance. The paper gives an additional damping ratio of the project with viscous dampers with approximate method.
