摘要
在现有简单规则橡胶隔振器刚度计算公式的基础上,采用有限元方法推导了一种航空发动机橡胶隔振器的三向刚度计算公式;并利用所得公式对给定刚度需求的隔振器进行了形状、尺寸和硬度等参数的逆向设计。结果表明:与数值解相比,推导所得公式的计算结果误差小于3%。由参数设计得到隔振器的三向刚度与目标三向刚度的误差分别为0.7%、4.2%、1.6%,满足隔振器设计的工程精度要求,为本类橡胶隔振器的工程研制提供了一种新方法。
A three-direction stiffness formula of rubber vibration isolator for a certain aero-engine was deduced from the current simple ones. The shape, dimension and hardness were designed for a fixed stiffness isolator from the former formula. Compared with the analytical result, the errors of the result from deduced formula was less than 3%. The errors between three-direction stiffness of designed isolator and fixed stiffness were less than 0.7%,4.2% and 1.6% separatly. Which meet the accuracy requirement in engineer. This paper supplied a new method for the development of like rubber vibrations isolators.
