摘要
通过对电网快速发展形势下新型中低压电网定值计算系统所需内容与相关标准的探索,研究并建立一个基于web形式的、多模块封装的、集成化程度高的保护定值计算系统,并对其构成与特点进行详细阐述。此系统搭建了规范的电网参数管理平台,建立了优化的保护定值计算模型,并可高效完成定值单流转与管理,实现电网参数规范管理、保护定值自动计算与定值单及其流程管理的有机统一,对电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。
In this paper, a web-based form, multi-module package and high degree of integration of the protection setting calculation system is built through the exploration of new low-voltage grid Setting Calculation System under the required content standards on the rapid development grid. Its composition and characteristics are described in detail. This system builds a standardized grid parameters management platform, optimized protection setting calculation model, and efficient completion of the setting unit circulation and management. It can achieve the organic unity among the network parameters standardized management, the protection setting automatically calculated and the setting process management, and it is of vital significance to grid security and stability.
