摘要
在恒定壁面材料、流速和水温的条件下,实验研究了水质参数对污垢热阻的影响。基于对污垢形成机理的初步认识,定性分析了pH值、电导率、溶解氧、浊度、硬度、碱度、氯离子、化学需氧量(COD)、铁离子浓度和细菌总数这些水质参数对污垢形成的影响,并以这些水质参数作为模型输入变量,污垢热阻作为输出变量,建立了基于模拟退火支持向量机的板式换热器污垢热阻预测模型。结果表明,预测值与实验得到的实测值基本吻合,平均误差很小,满足工程需求。
The experimental study of the influence of water quality parameters on fouling resistance was imple- mented under conditions of constant wall material, flow rate and water temperature ; and the qualitative analy- sis of pH value, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, hardness, alkalinity, chloride ion, COD, the con- centration of iron ions, the total number of bacteria' s influence on the fouling formation was presented ; then taking these parameters as input variable and the fouling resistance as the output variable, the prediction mod- el of plate heat exchanger was established based on simulated annealing support vector machine. The predic- tion results show that the prediction value complies with the experimentally-measured value along with very small average error.
