摘要
结团絮凝经过众多学者的发展已成为絮凝理论的一个分支学科。要实现结团絮凝,在胶体脱稳阶段需投加混凝剂和提供较大的搅拌G值,形成高密度的初始粒子;在絮体凝聚阶段投加高分子絮凝剂和提供适当的搅拌G值,使凝聚在一起的絮体脱水变得更加致密。结团絮凝产生的絮体具有均匀性好、高密度、沉降速度快等特点,该技术可广泛应用于高负荷絮凝沉淀池的设计中。
Pellet flocculation technique has become a branch of science of the floccula tion theory through many scholars' studying. To realize pellet flocculation, polymeric floccu lant should be added in the colloid destabilization stage and it should provide a large stir ring G value to form of primary particles with high density. Polymeric flocculant should be added in the floc coagulation stage and it should provide an appropriate stirring G value to make the floc dewater and more compact. The floc is characterized by good uniformity, high density, fast settling velocity, etc. The pellet flocculation technique can be widely used in design of high density sediment tank.
