摘要
超声造影早在心血管病病变检查及超声诊断中广泛应用,直到1986年matsuda才将其首次应用于肝脏。随着声学造影在临床上的应用越来越广泛以及二次谐波、能量多谱勒显像等技术的应用,使超声造影技术取得了长足进步,对肝内微小病灶的检出率也较前大大提高。随着超声造影技术由实验研究向临床应用的逐渐发展,尤其在肝脏各种病变的定性及定量诊断方面取得重大进展。
Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is early and widely used in the examination ot caralovascmar ms- ease and ultrasound diagnostics. It was the first time to be applied to liver by Matsuda until 1986. With the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in clinic more and more widely, and techniques such as sec- ond harmonic, power Doppler imaging were applied, we make remarkable progress in the technology of con- trast-enhanced ultrasound, greatly improve the detection rate of small lesions in the liver than before. With the development of the technology of contrast-enhanced ultrasound from experimental study to clinical ap- plication, in particular it has made significant progress in determination of various liver diseases and quan- titative diagnostics.
