摘要
目的:总结3例妊娠期合并急性主动脉夹层患者行大血管及产科手术后的护理经验。方法 :2010年至2012年,3例患者,年龄24～35岁,妊娠21～38w,1例为马方综合征,2例患妊娠高血压综合征,分析监护资料。结果:本组接受大血管手术患者术后顺利度过危险期,无并发症发生。结论:妊娠期合并急性主动脉夹层患者应及时手术治疗,术后严密监测生命体征、加强脊髓并发症和肾功能不全的监测、产褥期的护理、胎儿的监护及选择恰当心理护理,从而有效的保证母婴的安全。
Objective： To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of 3 cases of pregnant patients complicated with acute aortic dissection.Methods： 2010 to 2012,1 cases of pregnant patients complicated with acute aortic dissection were treated in our hospital,age 24-35 years old;pregnant 21-38w.One case was Marfan syndrome,2 cases were gestational hypertension.The post operation data was summarized.Results： 3 cases of these patients with surgical procedure survived.Conclusion： Pregnancy patients with acute aortic dissection should be treated timely with surgical procedure.Postoperative monitoring of vital signs,postpartum nursing,the fetus and appropriate psychological nursing care are important,so as to effectively guarantee the safety of mother and child.
