氯吡格雷治疗老年人缺血性心血管疾病疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析60岁以上老年缺血性心血管疾病患者口服氯吡格雷的临床效果。方法将各类缺血性心血管疾病患者共100例随机分为未应用口服氯吡格雷治疗的对照组和应用口服氯吡格雷治疗的观察组各50例,随访6个月,对比两组疗效及各组药物不良反应发生率。结果随访6个月,观察组显效患者21例,约占42.00%,有效患者24例,约占48.00%,总有效率90.00%;对照组中显效患者17例,约占34.00%,有效患者为21例,约占42.00%,总有效率76.00%(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,观察组总不良反应发生率为14%,而对照组总不良反应发生率为16%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷治疗老年人缺血性心血管疾病安全有效。
