摘要
采用中日联合开发生产的高性能轻骨料 (HPLWA)配制高强度和高耐久性的轻骨料混凝土。这种混凝土在保持低密度优点的同时 ,不对轻骨料做预湿处理 ,采用普通工艺 ,就可以获得良好的工作性并可保持 1个小时 ;其 2 8d抗压强度达到 35~ 80MPa ;2 5 0~ 30 0次抗冻融性能和 2 0 0万次抗压疲劳性能优良 ,因此适用于隧道、桥梁和不良地基上高层建筑等构筑物。具有封闭气孔结构、高强度。

A new kind of high performance lightweight aggregate (HPLWA) was developed and manufactured under a Sino Japanese cooperatio.It has low water absorption,high compressive strength,and the most important,the high performance lightweight aggregate concrete(HPLWAC)made from it showed excellent physical and mechanical properties.The resistance of HPLWAC to 250~300 cycles of freeze thaw or two million cycles of compressive fatigue load was superior.The workability and its retention of HPLWAC with normal process were satisfactory for pumping constructions.The HPLWA and the HPLWAC are suitable for structures with special demands,such as long span bridges,tunnels and high rise buildings above soft ground.Overall,HPLWAC,with close inner pore structure,high strength and low water absorption is the key presupposition of HPLWAC. 〔
