城市道路桥梁设施的养护采用与取建设单位一样投标方式已经成为了一种必然趋势。采用投标的方式选取道路桥梁设施的养护单位能够在彰显公平、透明和竞争的前提下实现成本最优。本文就如果对城市道路桥梁设施养护工作的投标程序进行了深入的研究,以期探讨促进城市道路桥梁设施养护管理工作的切实可行方法。
