摘要
大跨度结构中 ,穹顶结构有着独特的优越性。铝合金具有良好的力学性能及抗腐蚀性 ,应用于穹顶结构中 ,能够产生珠联璧合的效果。此次研究工作首先从穹顶结构力学特性的分析入手 ,主要讨论了铝穹顶结构的设计方法 ,如杆件截面的选择与校核、节点板设计、支座设计等 ;为了便于研究和设计工作的开展 ,我们还开发了铝穹顶结构的计算机辅助设计软件ADD ;最后通过一个典型结构的模型试验 ,对研究成果进行了验证。
The dome structure has unique advantage among the large span structures. With the favourable mechanics characteristics and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy, it will produce perfect effect to apply the metal to dome structure. The structural characteristics of the dome structure are studied at first; and the design methods for aluminum alloy dome structure are discussed also, including the selection and check of section, the design of gusset plate and support, etc. The CAD software ADD is coded to be convenient for design and research. Finally, the study is verified by a typical structure model test. [
