摘要
在现代工程建设中,工程监理是其管理过程的重要构成部分。工程监理对维护社会公共利益做出了重要贡献,同时为保护业主合法权益不受侵害提供了充分保障。随着近年来经济的快速发展,我国建筑行业发展迅猛,但与之相对应的工程监理行业发展尚不够完善,存在诸多不合理之处。笔者结合工程监理实际,从其中的缺陷入手,对工程监理中出现的问题展开分析,并提出相应的解决策略,希望有所指导和帮助。
In the modern engineering construction, engineering supervision is an important component part of the management process. Engineering supervision has made important contribution to the maintenance of social and public interests, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners and not subject to provide sufficient security against. With the rapid economic development in recent years, China’s construction industry is developing rapidly, but the development of engineering supervision industry is still not perfect, there are many unreasonable. Combining with the engineering supervision practice, starting from the defects, the author analyzes problems in the supervision of engineering, and proposes the corresponding solution strategy, hoping to guide and help.
