摘要
随着社会的不断发展,人们对于建筑工程质量好坏、安全性等方面关注度也在增加。本文从建筑工程施工管理特点出发,从施工组织管理、技术资料保障、现场施工、经济效益、激励控制等多个方面入手,对建筑工程施工管理进行了全方位的讨论。
With the continuous development of society, people for the construction engineering quality, safety concerns were increased. In this paper, from the characteristics of the management of building construction starting, starting from the aspects of construction management, information security technology, on-site construction, economic benefit, excitation control, the management of construction projects is discussed fully.
