摘要
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人们对居住环境的要求越来越高。水电安装作为房地产项目重要的环节之一,其质量直接影响到整个建筑工程的质量。近年来,工程技术不断提高,房地产水电安装技术也在不断提高,良好的水电安装质量不仅是高品质生活的保重,而且决定了整个房地产建筑工程的经济效益和社会效益。本文首先分析了当前房地产项目水电安装工程管理的现状,提出房地产项目水电安装工程的技术要点,为我国房地产行业的发展提供一些建议和思路。
With the social progress and economic development, the demands of people’s living environment are increasing. The hydropower installed as one of the important aspects of the real estate projects, its quality directly affects the quality of the entire construction project. In recent years, engineering technology continuously improves and the real estate hydropower installed technology is also improving. The good quality of the installation of hydropower not only is the guarantee of high quality life, but also decides the economic and social benefits of the entire real estate construction projects. In this article, the author first analyzes the current situations of the estate projects for the installation of hydropower management, then puts forward the technical points of the installation of hydropower in real estate projects and provide some suggestions and ideas for the development of China’s real estate industry.
