摘要
环同济知识经济圈一直以来被作为大学知识外溢与官产学研联动发展的成功典范,但在探索前进的过程中,也出现了许多问题与障碍"。智慧城市"的出现,在传统改善路径上提供了新的思路与方法。通过对国外智慧建设成功案例的梳理研究,总结出包括建设目标、建设机制、建设项目的完整建设框架。并在环同济知识经济圈发展现状评估的基础上,将这一智慧建设框架进行实践运用,设计出一条适合环同济知识经济圈智慧建设的发展路径。
Knowledge Zone around Tongji University has been a successful example as the University Knowledge Spillovers and GIUI linkage development, but there still have been many problems and obstacles in the process of exploring. Compared with traditional improvement path, the emergence of＂Smart City＂provided many new ideas and methods. Based on the research on successful stories of foreign intelligent construction, intelligent construction goal system and mechanism is put forward. Besides, it assesses the development status of Knowledge Zone around Tongji University, and takes the framework for practical application. Final y, it designs an intel igent construction path of Knowledge Zone around Tongji University.
