摘要
社会管理创新要求政府决策模式的转变,在总结政府决策模式理论模型的基础上,分析我国政府决策模式从行政主导型向合作共商型转变的阻碍因素,进而从决策理念、决策机制和决策环境上探寻构建合作共商型决策模式之路径。
