在用 HPL C法测定碘帕醇注射液含量的同时 ,进行游离芳香胺的检查。色谱柱为 RP- C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (1∶ 9) ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。碘帕醇线性范围为 12 .5~ 12 5 μg/ m l,游离芳香胺的最低检测浓度为 2 5 .16× 10 - 3μg/ ml,回收率为 99.4% ,RSD=0 .2 %
A HPLC method was introduced for determination of iopamidol injection and detection of free aromatic amine on a RP C 18 column, with methanol water(1∶9) as the mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. A good linearity was obtained within the iopamidol concentration from 12.5 μg/ml to 125 μg/ml. The minimum detection limit for N,N ′ bis(1,3 dihydroxy 2 propyl) 5 amino 2,4,6 triiodoisophthalamide was 25.16×10 -3 μg/ml. The recovery and RSD of iopamidol were 99.4% and 0.2%, respectively.
